You ever hear of the video game "Dance Dance Revolution?" Well, that game swept arcades everywhere from New York to Tokyo, becoming an overnight raging success story. It is now considered a requirement of any good arcade. So, the picture is telling two jokes: one is a play on words that compares the DDR "revolution" to the October revolution; the other just takes advantage of lenin's pose to spoof an original advertisement for DDR. So it's two jokes in one.
